Terroir

Mainly clayeysiliceous and sandy-siliceous, with a lot of stone flint in the surface (Same as Noble Joué)

Grape

  • Blend of 3 Pinots for the sparkling Rosé;

Winemaking

Wine made from the vintage 2018, full of sugar. The first fermentation has been stopped when having 19g of sugar by cooling down and maintening at 3-4°C. The second fermentation has been done in bottles with the natural sugars of the grapes during 3 to 4 months at 10°C.

Maturing with sediment in bottles for 12 months.

Then, the disgorging process is used, ie dregs expulsion, without any liquor addition to keep the natural caracter of the wine.

Tasting

Round sparkling wine, due to the fullness of the 2018 vintage.

Elegant and fine bubbles, fruit flavours, this sparkling wine will please you by its great delicacy.

To taste in aperitif or with dessert.
